Sevgili Öğrenciler,
- ENG121 final sınavı 08 Ocak Çarşamba saat 15:00’da yapılacaktır. Gerekli hazırlıkların ve duyuruların yapılabilmesi için öğrencilerin en geç 14:40’a kadar sınıflarında hazır bulunmaları gerekmektedir. (Sınava gireceğiniz sınav salonlarını görmek için buraya tıklayınız.) Öğrencilerin yanlarında Çankaya Üniversitesi kimlik kartı ve Nüfus Cüzdanı bulundurmaları gerekmektedir.
- Sınav, Eng121 ders programında yer alan 14 haftalık konuları ve Q Skills Reading & Writing 5 kitabının ilk 1,2,4,5 üniteleri ile 6.ünite 1.reading’i kapsamaktadır. Sınav:
- Okuma (Parçayı anlama, kritik düşünme becerileri, ana fikri bulma) (50 puan)
- Okuma (Extensive reading) (3. ünite 1. ve 2. okuma parçaları ile ilgili konu, ana fikir, tür, amaç, yazarın konu ile ilgili tutumu, 2 metnin birbiriyle olan bağlantısı gibi genel sorular) (10 puan)
- Kelime bilgisi (40 puan)
bölümlerinden, çoktan seçmeli sorulardan oluşmaktadır ve toplam 100 puandır. Sınav süresi 120 dakikadır.
ÖNEMLİ NOT: Sınav kitapçığının son sayfasında ENG121 dersi TASK-3: WRITING A SUMMARY AND RESPONSE ESSAY (40 puan) (400 kelime) yer almaktadır. WRITING TASK için gerekli olacak süre sınav süresine eklenmiş olup; tüm SINAV ve WRITING TASK için verilen süre toplam 120 dakikadır. Sınav ve task için ayrılacak süreyi ayarlama sorumluluğu öğrencilere aittir.

Dear all,
- ENG121 FINAL EXAM will be held on Wednesday, January 08th at 15:00. Students should be present in their classrooms by 14:40 at the latest for necessary preparations and announcements to be made. (Click here to see the exam rooms you will enter.) Students are required to have their Çankaya University identification card and en extra ID card with them.
- The exam covers 14 weeks’ topics in the ENG121 course syllabus and units 1, 2, 4, 5 units and unit 6 reading-1 from the Q Skills Reading & Writing 5 book. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions in three sections:
- Reading (2 reading texts)
- Reading (Extensive reading) (General questions related to reading 1 and 2 of Unit-3) (such as topic, main idea, genre, purpose, the author’s attitude towards the subject, and the connection between the two texts) (10 points)
- Vocabulary (40 points)
IMPORTANT NOTE: The last page of the exam booklet includes TASK-3: WRITING A SUMMARY AND RESPONSE ESSAY (400 words) (40 points) for the ENG121 course. The time necessary for the WRITING TASK has been added to the exam duration; the total time given for the ENTIRE EXAM and WRITING TASK is 120 minutes. It is the responsibility of the students to manage the time allocated for the exam and task.
